The period for the money-back guarantee begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Notes on delivery and returns
Would you like to return something? Send the package back to us within 15 days of receipt of delivery, along with the relevant items, which must be in their original condition. Please proceed as below.
1. Pack the product securely for shipping.
2. It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected on the original payment method. It is necessary that you enclose this form and your order number or full name of the person making the order CLEARLY in your package so that we can process your return within 24 hours of receipt.
3. We can only refund the money if you provide us with a tracking number, otherwise we cannot ensure that your product is on its way to the address below.
4. If you return the product because you don't like it, but the product is functional, we can only issue a refund if there are no signs of use (hair, dirt, etc.). If there is hair or signs of wear in or on the product, we will not be able to issue a refund.
5. We cannot issue a refund for products that you keep for more than 15 (applies from the day of delivery)
6. Under the aforementioned conditions, we will pay you back the purchase price immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the goods. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.
7. The money-back guarantee does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or any rights you may have regarding defects.
